Refund policy


Please note that sales of all items on this web site are final. We are unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges except in the case of items that arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

Items that arrived damaged must be reported through our contact page within 24 hours of delivery for consideration. In the event of an item arriving damaged we will request photographs be emailed. Depending on the nature of the item, if an item is determined to have arrived damaged, a refund or replacement will be issued provided.


Orders may be cancelled, provided the item(s) have not been shipped. Customers wishing to cancel an order after it has shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the item in perfect, original condition. Returned items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
